Medical Doctor
Dr. Farah Naz is the facility’s Medical Director. Farah Naz is a board certified pediatrician in private practice in Carrollton since 2001. She is on staff
at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.
Dr. Naz did her internship at University Of Missouri-Columbia and completed her residency at Atlantic Health System, New Jersey. She worked as a Pediatrics ER physician for almost 2 years before moving to Plano. Since then she is settled in Plano with her husband and

Allison
Payne is an Amberton University Master’s of Science graduate, a University of
West Florida Bachelor ’s degree graduate, and she holds 6 certifications in
education in the State of Texas . A practitioner of Animal Assisted Therapy,
Mrs. Payne has been in counseling and education for 15 years and is currently
pursuing her LPC . Her 3 teenaged daughters and dog rescue
activities keep her very busy.
